I don’t think I ever shared how this project turne I don’t think I ever shared how this project turned out last year! Adding shiplap to the ceiling was the perfect move. It cozied up the space and is so much prettier to look at than the crow’s feet texture that’s all over our home (thank you ‘90s🤪). I still have to add a runner to the stairs (spoiler alert: I finally found one I love!) and this little space will be complete.

It helps make sure you get the true color and save you from a lot of panic. Have you ever had a stain look completely different than you expected?

My outdoor space was anything but ready when warme My outdoor space was anything but ready when warmer weather finally showed up. Thanks to @SKILPowerTools for sending over the trifecta of outdoor work including their Leaf Blower, String Trimmer and Self-Propelled Mower with Smart Caddy, to help me get everything back in shape! I don’t know about you, but we’ve had gas outdoor tools, and it felt like half the work was just getting them to start! These tools are all battery powered, and I love how simple it all is. No gas, no cords, just push the button and get to work. The real standout for me was the Self-Propelled Mower with Smart Caddy. It’s got so many incredible features including super easy height adjustment, a self-propelled feature that comes in handy on our uneven lawn, and the built-in Smart Caddy is genius. I had gone to the paint store expecting to pick a I had gone to the paint store expecting to pick a completely different green paint for our guest bedroom. But I picked up a paint chip on a whim and ended up coming home with a gallon of it. The color is Taiga by @sherwinwilliams, and it is the perfect moody green. I hadn’t seen it anywhere before but am so glad I went with my gut because it makes this bedroom feel so cozy💚
